Jumping into a new life chapter can be frightening.
One merges with the unknown and surrenders to it. A certain amount of trust is necessary in order to jump effortlessly.
It’s an inner journey for the most part that is then interweaving with what is experienced.
Analyzing ones fears and exploring them is helpful to understand their roots. Only then they can be dissolved and a free dance with life can take place.
As C. Trungpa once said: “The bad news is you’re falling through the air, nothing to hang on to, no parachute. The good news is there’s no ground.”
